In this journey of becoming whole and of remembering what it is to be human, I’m called to write of our need to create and see a vision for the future. I’m blessed to be able to see – and be guided by – image or metaphor and as I begin this article the first picture that drops in for me is the chakra system and the inclusion of the upper chakras, including the third eye.
I have no doubt that we are moving through a great awakening (or rising) of consciousness and, as this occurs, we may begin to notice synchronicity, listen more acutely to our feeling state and subtle senses, allow a coming into integrity. We also develop an awareness of ‘programs’, or belief systems as we discern what is real or true and what is just a story or narrative (internal and external). This awareness is largely centred around the activation of the third eye and our ability to see or sense that which is true (and holds light), and conversely that which is false, ‘matrix’ programming, arisen from generations of pain, lack, separation, control, disempowerment, and unworthiness. As we begin to move beyond the consciousness of our lower three chakras into the heart-based realisation of who we are (that is, spiritual beings in physical earth-bound bodies, connected to ‘All That Is’) we can sense and feel life-force; that which is awakened to, or activated with, an essence or force that knows itself as God.
Perhaps then this Great Awakening could also be called the Great Remembering?
Until then, our innate potential lies dormant, present, and waiting for us to stir; to question and fully realise our ability for independent thought, voice, and action. We are collectively in a process now of remembering who we are – that there is more to life, that we are energy, that we have consciousness and can utilise this power of love-light as “creator beings” to curate our own reality and experiences.
We are not at the behest of others as long as we can find our sovereignty to say, ‘No, not in my reality’ without fear, and then place our energy – our individual mind of God – towards that which we wish to create. Let us not be used to create another’s reality but become empowered to harness our divine will and make manifest our ‘heaven on Mother Earth’, restoring the highest expression for the men, women, and children of Earth now and for the generations to come.
Truly, the journey to freedom and liberation begins as an inside job; this is where the transformations take place. How this is expressed in physical experience, I believe, depends upon our individual and collective beliefs about freedom, safety, choice, importance, worthiness, and the associated emotions that trigger and express through the body, informing our actions. Having become conscious of our thoughts, belief systems and ancestral patterns, as we then begin to unwind, release, or replace them with healthy aligned thoughts and beliefs, we can make better, more integral choices. This has the effect of clearing density and allows us to embody more light. Thus, our liberation from the enslavement system begins. It is time for us to realise on an individual and collective level how extraordinary we are and rise above the programming that tells us differently.
The third eye represents the element of ‘light’ and so governs our ability to see. When we do not believe something to be true, we cannot ‘see’ it, or envision it. This does not mean that the thing is not possible, but that we are not aligned with it according to our belief systems; it is not ‘true for us’. To know and work with this is so important for those of us wanting to create a better world.
Through the controlled media outlets we are bombarded with imagery of harsh weather, war, and injustice; so, our minds become filled with an imbalanced idea of reality. We could justifiably say this is used to help those who seek control to manipulate us into manifesting a dystopia or an apocalypse. Of course, the associated emotions and feeling state that are triggered by such images go towards energy creation of this very reality. As we feel into it, our hearts bleed; we imagine and of course, we empathise, but by continuing to focus in this way, we unwittingly add our energy and consciousness to that which we don’t wish to see in the world.
So, what if we then refocus our consciousness on creating an image of the future that we do want?
Imagine this: the grass is lush and green, the skies are clear, free from pollution and toxins. Fields of food grow organically, with plenty for everyone. The people of towns and villages come together to support farmers and tend the fields, harvest, and distribute the produce to the local area. As some folk play music and sing, others dance together or gather for the joy of togetherness. Imagine a calling for the wise elders of our communities to share stories of old, to lighten the youth with smiles of diamond sparkling eyes, the soul present and the truth known as conversations deepen and unmet need becomes a thing of the past. Imagine people coming together with the recognition that together we have all that we need; that we are not dependent upon systems of control and artificial incentive because we live in a world where people genuinely care, a world of community contribution, of kindness and generosity. A world where peace prevails, where we ‘know thy neighbour’. A world where we support and protect our children to be themselves and to play as children should. To be at one with nature and flow with the rhythms and cycles of life. Imagine a world where there is ‘enough’ and in which our basic needs are met and life is not about survival but serves our divine purpose and will to be happy, to explore and experience, in harmony and balance with all.
What does this world look like to you? What is the highest vision that you can hold for yourself and for our children’s future? What is your next best step?
If we know where we are going and the compass is set, we will get there: individually and collectively. It is important to take time to create a vision, to feel it, dropping into our personal values and asking, “what do I really want?”. More than simply dreaming, this is actively connecting and allowing the inner stirrings of something beautiful and powerful. It is the beginning of manifestation. Resistance that may come up in us from this vision – those questions that ask “yes, but” and “what if” – are often beliefs of the mind that prevent us from achieving it.
So, I leave you with this: Dare to dream; to feel it and see it. Step forward and dive into your personal resistance as it arises in awareness and change it. This is lightening, releasing density, and enabling us to live our best life possible.
It is possible to change your beliefs through energy psychology work such as Psych-K, EFT, Theta Healing, or my own Healing InSight Method. Remember, it’s just programming that gets in the way. You are not your beliefs, you are not your past, history, or programs. These are just experiences that have shaped you. Sometimes we learn through contrast and negative experiences but, when we’re ready to let go, there are ways of doing this. The first step is to see it, take responsibility for your programming and then release it so you can take inspired action guided by what feels good.
In this world of infinite potential, all is possible. So, as creators, let us hold the vision, set the compass, and supercharge our creation of a better world.
