– Irretrievable Breakdown of Trust Based On Deception

Tax affairs are not dissimilar to love affairs, as we all actually have a choice in the matter. It is not a compulsion. Although it may be an addiction which leads to disease. Are we finally realising the error of our ways? The tax affair is heading for an irretrievable breakdown.

I have always wondered and questioned established norms and my musings and questions have grown over the years, and during the last few years I have been helping many people on points of law. I have written on law and shared relevant law on a wide variety of areas that have been increasingly affecting us all over the last few years, along with reaffirming our rights.

I also run the Police Support Forum, a peer-to-peer only organisation, helping the police in best practice and awareness of the hierarchy of law, something unfortunately that even the police are largely unaware of these days, let alone the general population, due to a failure of leadership sadly.

My aim is to get the police back on track, since there has been a more corporatised culture developing which is not appropriate in the realm of policing, or indeed the courts system, which I am also addressing along with others who are concerned with ensuring we maintain a fair judicial system, based on our long-standing roots that were enshrined in Magna Carta 1215.

Its a relationship that goes back a long way, but is not so valued or understood. But it exists to underscore and remind us of our rights and remind those who would undermine our rights. It is a reminder of who the true authority is, we the people. It is based on Common Law which was always recognised by the Police Service in their training. But is at risk of being sidelined for a more manipulative and corporate culture which has inexorably been clawing its way to hi-jacking our rights and our culture at all levels.

TAX

The history of tax is not a good or edifying one. Tax systems have chiefly been used historically as a means of funding wars, military machines and for personal gain by those in power. Unfortunately, it is also being used to develop some of the most appalling array of assaults on all life on this planet. And it is all done through deception and with the aim to deceive. It is also a way of creating disunity, and follows the old adage .. divide and conquer.

If you are a civil servant

If you reading this are one of our functionaries, civil servants or mandarins, then do please take note, as this is in your interests and that of the people you are supposed to serve. You are being used as a functionary of a grand deceit. A deceit perpetrated by the banking industry that also fails to inform you of your Trust Fund, which everyone is born with, which in itself is a testament to your power and value, and from which which all those usual bills such as utilities can be remedied. Having said that, utilities are another big subject which everyone needs to know the truth about and will shock many.

Mortgages are yet another dark fraud, whereby when someone takes out a mortgage, the bank then sells on that contract to another bank. This happens generally up to seven times according to an ex Barclays banker I heard talking about the fraud. So you see, you yourself are also a subject of fraud.

Suffice to say, that your value is also being traded on the Standard & Poor (S&P) stock Exchange in New York, based on your assumed value derived from your birth certificate. I conducted a test of this and can confirm I managed to match up all my data to reveal an undisclosed trust fund bank account.

If you are a tax payer

If you are someone who is suffering at the hands of the assumed tax authoritarians, whether national (Income Tax) or local (Council Tax), then you may wish to use this article as the basis or prompt to write to your own supposed civil servants who have forgotten, else do not realise, that the people are the authority, not they the civil servant functionaries. The whole relationship has been corrupted and turned on its head, and it now must be corrected. We need transparency .. something many wealthy institutions and individuals are most reluctant to facilitate.

THIS IS PERSONAL

Let’s re-orientate this. Use actual personal, individual names, not just address the office where the functionaries feel they can hide under the umbrella of anonymity and act with impunity. Let’s personalise this and demand to know who is in charge. It is your right. They need to comply, that’s the remit of a civil servant. So, is your civil servant being civilised with you? There are too many unsigned anonymous letters these days going out to people with dark threats. Those responsible must be held accountable. Is it a job to them? Or are they truly serving the people?

So, here are some pointers, from which you may wish to write a one or two page letter to your supposed civil servants. So, here you go …

To whom it may concern who deals with taxing the people (this is where you use their name):

I must now inform you that I am aware of a fraud which your office and you personally are perpetrating in sending letters out to the community who you are responsible to, issuing threats to comply with your demands to pay monies you portray as ‘tax’. You must understand that tax comes under contract law, and is therefore optional. However, you and the office you work for have not made this clear. You never have and you persist in this deception, having the people you are supposed to be serving assume they are obligated pay such demands.

I am also aware that your office is hiring space within the local court to create the illusion that this is somehow related to the courts, and have people assume there is a law that has them pay the tax monies you are demanding. This in itself is a serious matter of deception and fraud.

I am also aware that data processing centres are being used to issue so called ‘warrants’ to people who have not complied with your demands. This is also a form of deception by fraud. Judges traditionally signed warrants in wet ink. This is the only form of a an actual warrant in law, as confirmed originally by The Queens Bench, now of course known as The King’s Bench. This is unequivocal.

For the record, and I ask you to prove to the contrary, that there is no such law incumbent on the people to pay or in any way remedy such demands. You will find the same applies to Income Tax.

I dealt with HMRC some years ago, pointing out the actuality in a similar vein. They were also committing a tell-tale deception at the time when I pointed out the sort code they were advertising for people to pay their tax demands was a Barclays sort code, when in fact the sort code belonged to City Bank. This is but a small glimpse into the deception on a much grander scale by HMRC which is nothing more than a corporation in itself.

So, back to the local deception that is being perpetrated by your office. Whether you appreciate and understand this or not, what is going on here is deception by fraud, which in itself comes under criminal law. As such, anyone participating in this fraud is liable to prosecution.

I am minded to assume yourself and your colleagues have not been aware of this up until now. Or, if so, then you have ignored this fact. Courts often remind people that ignorance of the law is no excuse. However, ‘intent’ is nine tenths of the law as they say, and courts will take a less harsh view if the defendant has been shown to be unaware of a point of law. It is incumbent upon you personally to immediately cease and desist in assisting this major fraud. This would be seen to your benefit in a court of law.

The consequences of ignoring this fraudulent deception I have disclosed to you will go against you now you have been informed and if you carry on regardless. There can be no excuses, and a court would very likely take a dim view of such a choice.

This is a serious matter which is in the process of being dealt with, not just locally but on a much wider scale which you may not be aware of. I advise you to be on the right side of the law in this matter for your own sake and the sake of your family. You now have to think very carefully and seriously, as your future welfare hangs in the balance at this time, as huge change is taking place with a corrupt systemic collapse and exposure of this major crime in process and on-going.

HISTORICAL PRESCEDENCE

There is more to life than following orders without thinking. We have all seen the consequences of that since Nazi Germany collapsed. The harms caused by not only military, but medical staff and functionaries simply obeying orders unthinkingly, using no critical thinking of whether such an instruction is the right thing to do or aligns with your conscience, can be enormously damaging and regretfully catastrophic for those carrying out such orders, as surely we should recall historically. We must learn such lessons or suffer the consequences of wilful ignorance.

The current fraud is about to be totally exposed and collapsed. So you now have to think and do the right thing. Ensuring your financial security by assisting a fraud is not the right path, as I’m sure you will agree. This is the argument of the thief and criminal. I’m sure you would not wish to be so categorised, or indeed penalised in the same way. Fraud can and most often does lead to imprisonment. However, if you were to show you were an unconscious participant in this fraud, this may be seen in your favour.

Your best course of action now is to either leave your current employment, or remain within the service of the people by helping to bring the truth to light. Start to ask questions. If you already know the answers, then I implore you to act on your knowledge immediately. Let this be your prompt and final vital impetus. If you were to be given a dismissal notice, you could claim unfair dismissal and expect damages for such. So this would work in your favour.

HIERARCHY OF LAW

You should be aware that in the hierarchy of law, legislation is the lowest ranking in that hierarchy. What trumps legislation and any Ordinary Statues are Lower Acts and Higher Acts. These include our Constitutional Rights, such as The Bill of Rights 1688-89, and Human Rights in International law, such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR).

Any legislation that contradicts Constitutional Law or International Law, cannot stand. In fact it should be deemed unlawful, never to have been passed into law in the first place. There must be harmony with the prevailing Higher Acts and laws. And no judge can dismiss or ignore a Higher Act unless it has been Constitutionally dissolved. And the only way that can be done is through the people.

Also, don’t forget that it is a Common Law jury who decides the fate of not only a case but the fairness of the law. Not some judge who takes a personal view, unrepresentative of the people, as has been evidenced in recent times, which only serves to undermine the law and rights of the people. This is unacceptable. Any judge who acts in this way should be reprimanded or removed from post for making such an ill-judged and serious error. So, any reference to any judge who has interpreted the law of the land wrongly should be dismissed.

It is also a misnome of sorts that we have appointed judges, for their true role is that of convenor. It is the jury who judges, not the convenor.

We also and ultimately have natural justice which is what international law such as UDHR and indeed Common Law is based on. This is really what we ‘feel’ at the heart of our being what is right and acknowledges our innate power and wisdom that each and every one of us have as men and women, naturally equipped with discernment. It is our innate sense of fairness. Anyone who ignores either Constitutional Law, International Law, or even your own common sense and intuition, or inner knowing, does so at their own peril. And if you transgress such laws, then there can be financial consequences, or even imprisonment.

So, it is in your best interests to look up and understand the law before you start or even consider continuing to enforce a false narrative and deception on the people. This is serious business. Please treat it as such.

UK GOVERNMENT

We have seen in recent times how the UK government used legislation as a means to corralling and forcing people to their will. They also used ‘guidelines’ in much the same way, giving people the idea that they ‘must comply’. It was a fear agenda as I’m sure you now know, perpetrated not least by several offices such as the Behavioural Insights Team, amongst others. It is one of many scandals that have been perpetrated on the British people over the years, but now we are starting to unpick the multiple frauds that have been cruelly forced upon an unsuspecting population.

The trouble is, through lack of education, people have given their power and authority away simply because someone has asked of it or demanded it. So people have come to believe the ‘civil’ servants are the masters. People have put job security above the law and right of the people and community. It is now time to set the record straight and set things right, where the people are properly served and with justice.
